Most shipping for domestic orders is transacted via USPS. When available, you may select between Ground, 2-day, 3-day (some areas), and Next Day Air. A per-item shipping fee is quoted based on the weight of your order and your delivery zip code. The final shipping charge will appear at the end of your transaction on the Site.
International and Canadian orders are not permitted via the Site. Please refer to our country-specific websites to place orders for products and delivery outside of the United States or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance with international orders.
In normal conditions, we ship most orders within three (3) business days after the order has been placed. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only. We endeavor to notify Customers if products are backordered. Orders received after 1:00 PM ET will be shipped the following business day.
SLOK Kratom is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. You are responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping.
When you place an order on the Site, your order will be shipped to the address in the United States that you designate. Please note that we do not ship P.O. Boxes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). If you enter an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for you not receiving the shipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
All purchases on the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Site passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
SLOK Kratom is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact email@example.com to assist with filing a claim with the shipment carrier. SLOK Kratom suggests that you take pictures of the damaged packaging and/or product to include them as part of your claim filed with the shipment carrier.
You may return or exchange a product purchased from the Site following our Refund & Returns Policy on the Site.
How Does SLOK Kratom Reimburse Me?
SLOK Kratom will either process your refund or reorder.

Statutory Shipping Limitations
Kratom is not legal in some US States and Counties. SLOK Kratom respect and abide by those Local Regulations and the company will not accept orders submitted with either billing or shipping information from these states or counties, which are:
States: Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin.
Counties: Sarasota (Florida), San Diego (California), Oceanside (California), Alton (Illinois), Jerseyville (Illinois), Edwardsville (Illinois), Columbus (Mississippi), Union (Mississippi), and Ontario (Oregon).
